“Wherever you turn, the world looks rough right now and it has felt like an obligation for the musician/producer/performer Pell to bring joy and light in the darkness. Pell’s recent goal as a producer has been to make people happy on the dance floor and feel encouraged to express themselves through movement.
The artist has created an alias, “PellowTalk”, as a project to house all of the dance records he’s been producing and writing with friends from New Orleans over the past couple of years. The first single from this project was a collaboration with Dawn Richard and ANTWIGADEE! Called “Go Crazy”. The second single from the Pellow Talk EP came in the form of chaotic drum patterns and hard hitting guitars (THEBROSHFRESH) on a track titled “ Do You Like That?” Which features Mother MaryGold and Alfred Banks. The last single before the project is released March 20th, titled “The Yard” features Neesha, Daylight Rodriguez and ODD the Artist. It embodies the same ethos of the other records inviting you to get wild and have fun. I hope this PellowTalk EP acn inspire fun in a world full of gloom.” - PellowTalk
